When changing a bathroom vanity there are many things to consider. The obvious is the size, length and width, if you are buying a premade one. You also need to consider the height since the height on many vanities is around 4-6 inches taller than they were producing 15 years ago and it may conflict with the mirrors. Another consideration that is of the utmost importance is the base. Most premade vanities have feet whereas the older models had a solid base and the floor underneath is often not finished. This will cause a need for additional tile or flooring or at worst case an entirely new floor. When Mr. Fixit Fast recently replaced a vanity in Richardson we were fortunate to have enough extra tile to go under the vanity so that it looked right. Let us know if you have any questions regarding your vanity installation.
